The mission of the KAESP, the collective voice of Kentucky's elementary and middle level principals, in partnership with other education leaders, is to develop citizens that can succeed in a global society, by delivering to our members a network for support, professional development, visionary leadership, and by pro-active involvement in shaping education policy.
KAESP Executive Director Rosie Young and State Rep. John Ansman receive the NAESP Goal Buster Plus Award from Past President Mary Kay Sommers, Zone 5 Director Mark Kern, and NAESP Foundation Directors Deb Harvest and Mark Terry.

Congratulations to KAESP for its recognition at the NAESP National Leaders Conference in July, 2008! KAESP was recognized for increasing memberships in NAESP—our national association. KAESP was the recipient of the Goal Buster Plus Award and the Largest Percentage Increase! Thanks to all who joined NAESP this past year and made this possible.
